The rooms depend on who you get it from as they are subbed out to various Airbnb owners. The once I stayed in was minimal but provided what it's intended purpose was, a place to stay, and nothing else, which is fine considering it's location, right by the Beach. The beach is within walking distance, think 200ft with a private path to it, not a private beach, which is fine.
